Job Opportunity in Synthetic Biology

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to contribute to our team in microbial synthetic biology and metabolic engineering.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on interdisciplinary research at the interface of microbial pathway engineering, metabolic regulation, and advanced analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-level research in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering, both independently and in collaboration with internal and external researchers.
  • Perform experiments involving microbial pathway design, plasmid construction and strain development in microbes.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as fluorescence microscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography for experimental validation.
  • Develop research content and contribute to the writing of peer-reviewed publications.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology, Metabolic Engineering, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experiences in strain engineering and high-performance liquid chromatography.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in culturing and engineering of lactic acid bacteria.
  • In-depth knowledge of microbial metabolism and gene regulation.
