About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our early childhood education programmes. As a centre leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Priorities:
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programmes to achieve organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing preschool centres.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
