Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Student Care Centre as a Supervisor/Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the centre, overseeing staff welfare, and supervising staff in classroom management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centre Management: Manage the daily operation of the centre, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the staff's welfare, supervise and guide staff in classroom management, and conduct monthly staff meetings to plan programmes.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including student and staff records, correspondence with clients and stakeholders, and collection of fees.
  • Programme Development: Conduct needs assessments, develop and implement programmes to meet centre targets and key performance indicators.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and work with the team towards achieving excellence, and provide necessary support and guidance to SCC teachers/coaches.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the student care/education industry, preferably in a supervisory position.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organization skills, effective communications and classroom management skills, love working with children, good interpersonal skills, and proven leadership skills.
