Lead Swimming Instructor

A dedicated and passionate individual is sought after to spearhead our swimming instruction program.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for educating children through sports and is committed to delivering exceptional coaching services. As a lead instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our young students and be part of a dynamic community of coaches.

  • Coach Learn to Swim students using our established curriculum.
  • Coach Swim Physical Education students according to our Epic Swim curriculum.
  • Attend in-house training programs and work closely with senior instructors prior to leading independently.
  • Provide timely feedback to parents on student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in regular workshops and courses to continuously improve coaching skills.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to the program, such as meet entries, attendance reports, and student performance tracking.
  • Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of our brand.
  • Contribute actively to our instructors' community.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A genuine passion for sports and swim experience is preferred but not required as all training will be provided.
  • The ability to take care of young children and demonstrate patience and understanding.
  • An open mindset to learning and improving, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to effectively communicate with parents and colleagues.
  • Availability to attend our in-house training program and complete 52 hours of coaching practical attachment, which will be paid.
