Technical Expertise for Innovative Solutions

The role of a Technical Solutions Expert is to provide technical expertise to our sales teams. This involves understanding customer needs and transforming these needs into optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to find innovative technical solutions for non-standard and modernisation cases
  • Ensure clarity on solution scope, including product offerings
  • Participate in customer meetings and answer technical questions as needed
  • Select the correct product platform for offering
  • Propose solutions from all business lines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Holistic understanding of different building types and customer segments
  • Good solution and value-selling skills
  • Excellent skills in understanding and translating customer needs into technical specifications
  • Understanding of new construction and building modernisation processes in the industry
  • Excellent technical knowledge of current and future solutions
  • Good knowledge of solution-related codes and standards
  • Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms
  • Good engineering tool skills, e.g., CAD and BIM skills
  • Basic knowledge of competitors' technical solutions
  • VB Specific knowledge: Conducting site surveys, existing building modernisation/installation methods
  • Good understanding of all required elements for solution total costing
  • Understanding of quality management procedures
  • Good virtual collaboration skills
