Job Description

This role requires a professional with extensive experience in banking technology to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The candidate will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with senior management, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success and meet objectives.

  • Lead designated areas of responsibility such as testing strategy and execution, data migration planning, systems integration, cutover planning, and implementation activities.
  • Configure and validate customized Temenos T24 functionalities, ensuring comprehensive user acceptance and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for internal and client-facing audiences.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical training to client teams and end-users as needed, contribute to the design and execution of migration strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical consultancy and expert services.
  • Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles.
  • A solid combination of technical expertise and product knowledge, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules (MM, FX, Swaps).

The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, Oracle 10+ operating systems, and working knowledge of UNIX, AS400, and NT operating systems.

Experience integrating T24 with Wealth Suite components, including TAP, TTI, and TDS, is advantageous.
