  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the company, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and efficiency within the engineering team.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Golang and Rust programming languages.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching high-throughput, low-latency systems.
  • Prior experience in a marketplace, exchange, or high-frequency trading environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

Base salary up to $15,000 per month.
