- Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain operational integrity, and provide accurate reporting from both corporate and field activities.
- Performance & Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve long-term KPIs and targets, using a mix of strategic initiatives and hands-on execution to secure results.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet business targets.
