To deliver exceptional results, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Technical Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the supervision of construction works, including off-site manufacturing as instructed by senior officers
  • Verifying that contractors execute preliminary items according to contract documents and relevant regulations
  • Conducting quality control and inspection of architectural works to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
  • Checking and verifying drawings, service routes, and contractor settings, reporting discrepancies or deviations to senior officers
  • Supervising and maintaining site records, including progress reports, test records, variation instructions, and other significant information

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Diploma in Architecture or Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer
  • Registration with IES/ACES Singapore for Resident Technical Officer's certificate (preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of architectural and interior design finishing works and local building regulations
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents
  • Analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
