About the Role

As a Resident Technical Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that building projects meet the required standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising building projects in Singapore is essential.
  • Familiarity with HDB/BTO projects is highly desirable.
