We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Care Educator at ACMEMINDS PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement educational programs for primary school children in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines.
- Guide students in completing daily homework and ensure their academic progress.
- Keep accurate records of students' progress and address their individual educational and developmental needs.
- Prepare and maintain teaching resources, classroom arrangement, and learning environment.
- Maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Conduct enrichment programs and serve as a role model for students.
- Ensure student safety and timely transfer from school to the student centre.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Education, Psychology, Child Pedagogy, or Student Care Services with at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience with primary school students.
- Ability to read and write Chinese.
- Teaching experience with primary school subjects and familiarity with the primary school syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- IT literacy and ability to work on Saturdays for half a day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong preference for candidates residing in the North of Singapore.
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.
