About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing integrated plans that align all aspects of the programme to ensure timely completion and delivery of the next generation ANS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a set of integrated plans that align all aspects of the programme to ensure timely completion and delivery of the next generation ANS systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships between CAAS and relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent CAAS in stakeholders meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems integration and implementation.
Requirements
  • Trained in aviation engineering or management or related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry with a focus on air navigation services.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and stakeholders engagement.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Independent, pro-active, and resourceful with the ability to focus on priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel for overseas trainings, meetings, and work assignments if required.
What We Offer

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
