Beauty Service Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a positive attitude towards customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have prior experience in the beauty line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and address concerns promptly.
- Gather customer information thoroughly and effectively meet client demands.
- Educate salon customers based on their needs during visits.
- Provide professional customer support with a proactive mindset to maintain customer loyalty.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Communicate promptly to address customer queries.
- Resolve customer feedback and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant fields.
- Three to five years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacities.
- High degree of professionalism in customer service.
- Exceptional people skills.
- High standards of customer communication skills.
- Prior experience in the beauty line preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and handle difficult customers effectively.
Skilled areas include: Leadership, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Administration, Communication Skills, Statistics, and Customer Services.
