Beauty Branch Manager Role

As a Beauty Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch while providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients.

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists and consultants.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain the branch's appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
  • Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
