Job Title: Beauty Expert

The role of a Beauty Expert is to develop and deliver training courses for beauty treatments and techniques.

  • Design curriculum for beauty training courses
  • Conduct training sessions on various beauty treatment techniques
  • Train beauty professionals on product knowledge and treatment protocols
  • Evaluate client and therapist skills using in-house assessment checklists
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional activities such as workshops and product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty industry trends and information
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty training and facilitation
  • Professional certification in Beauty & Spa (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or WSQ ACTA)
  • Proficient in English and Chinese languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
