Job Title: High Speed Diesel Service Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced High Speed Diesel Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of high speed diesel engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on high speed diesel engines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of service operations.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve engine performance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in engine technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including time sheets, reports, and quality control checklists.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A diploma in marine or mechanical engineering.
  • At least five years' experience working with high speed diesel engines.
  • Strong knowledge of engine components, systems, and operating principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
