Job Title

We are seeking a skilled equipment specialist to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing mechanical preventive maintenance on packaging equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • D diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on various equipment.
  • Utilize Predictive Maintenance techniques to analyze and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels and document maintenance activities on work orders.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with vendors for fabrication work.
  • Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in automation systems.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AC drives, electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders, and roller/chain conveyors.
  • Capable of utilizing, debugging, and modifying existing PLC programs.
  • Proficient in reading and using Electrical Single Line Diagrams.
