Job Title: Quantum RF Sensing Technologist

As a leading expert in quantum RF sensing technologies, you will be responsible for advancing cutting-edge solutions to drive transformative breakthroughs in defense, communications, and precision measurement. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of R&D goals and driving technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and develop novel quantum RF sensing approaches.
  • Design, build, and test hardware prototypes to validate their performance and functionality.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues to refine hardware designs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance R&D objectives.
  • Work with academic institutions, industrial partners, and government agencies to transition research into practical applications.
  • Plan and manage R&D projects, including defining objectives, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or engineering-related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, semiconductor technologies, and RF Photonics.
  • Experience transitioning technologies from low TRL research to high TRL prototypes.
  • Proven ability to work independently, formulate research plans, and take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
