Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, ensuring alignment with company policies and financials.

  • Prepare and review Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external tax agents for timely and accurate filings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of TP documentation and related-party remuneration models, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Assist in Singapore Corporate Income Tax compliance matters, including withholding tax filings and related consultations.
  • Respond to queries on Transfer Pricing and tax-related matters from IRAS, tax consultants, and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Prepare and submit Singapore Related Party Transaction Forms, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as cross-border transactions, restructuring, and M&A, providing expert guidance and oversight.
  • Partner with senior executives on accounting/tax inquiries from within the company, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (professional qualifications preferred), with a strong foundation in transfer pricing regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to accounting, audit, or industry functions, preferably in a Big 4 or MNC tax department.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in tax preparation, computations, and TP documentation, and a working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
  • Familiarity with shipping industry regulations and practices is an added advantage, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
