Key Role in Transfer Pricing and Tax Executive Team

About the Job

This role involves providing expert advice on transfer pricing and tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Singapore transfer pricing regulations and working knowledge of CIT, GST, and withholding tax.

Responsibilities
  • Review and validate transfer pricing documentation prepared by external advisors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Oversee transfer pricing documentation and related-party remuneration models
  • Assist in Singapore corporate income tax (CIT) compliance matters and withholding tax filings
  • Respond to queries from IRAS, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders on transfer pricing and tax-related matters
  • Prepare Singapore related-party transaction forms
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or tax (professional qualifications such as SIA-TAP/ISCA preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to accounting, audit, or industry functions
  • Strong foundation in Singapore transfer pricing regulations; working knowledge of CIT, GST, and withholding tax
  • Hands-on experience in tax preparation, computations, and TP documentation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP); Big 4 or MNC tax department experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive as a collaborative team player
