Backed by strategic investors and partnering with a prestigious financial institution, we are embarking on a new venture to fill gaps in the market by leveraging partnerships within established networks of suppliers, customers, and affiliates.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research on the target market and evaluating the regulatory and compliance environment.
  • Evaluating the current management team and existing operations of the financial institution, identifying gaps between the current business and the supply chain financing business, and developing action plans to fill those gaps.
  • Leveraging key anchor networks of affiliates, customers, and suppliers to identify opportunities.
  • Taking charge of setting up the new supply chain financing business, including recruiting the team, developing a 5-year business plan, developing products, credit policy, and procedures, establishing IT infrastructure, etc.
  • Delivering and monitoring financial performance, budgets, and profitability metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in supply chain financing or a related financial services industry in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in the Southeast Asian market, particularly the Philippines, is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Resiliency in problem-solving and flexibility in navigating a new business environment.
