Join a dynamic team at OCBC, Singapore's longest established bank, and take on the role of Global Supply Chain Finance Strategist. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking Division, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of supply chain finance solutions for our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in supply chain finance to lead the development and implementation of new products and services. Your expertise will be essential in driving growth and innovation within the division.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing product strategies, developing commercialization plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operation, and Technology, are also essential.

You will be responsible for ensuring that market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis are integrated into the product development process. Additionally, you will work with various operation teams on the operationalization of products and bespoke deals, as well as collaborate with the Technology team and other partners on system enhancements.

A key aspect of this role is providing product leadership and guidance on SCF market updates, new regulations, directives, rules impacting SCF, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in supply chain finance from a product management perspective, with a deep understanding of the operations, process flow, legal aspects, and financials of supply chain finance products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to work and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively and inquisitively about new ways of doing things.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate product strategies and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A team player with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with others.
