Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product innovation, to provide integrated solutions and value-added services to clients. Revenue Growth and Business Expansion: Propel revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, including identifying new business prospects and expanding existing accounts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes to guide sales strategies and decision-making.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development roles, demonstrating a successful track record. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport and relationships with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders and drive results. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, able to develop and implement intricate account plans and sales strategies.
