Job Title: System Operations Specialist

  • Monitors and maintains the 24/7 uptime of production and disaster recovery systems, including environmental conditions and equipment inventory.
  • Manages daily system operations, incident management, and problem resolution to minimize business disruptions.
  • Executes regular disaster recovery exercises to ensure IT infrastructure can recover from unforeseen events.
  • Provides level 1 technical support and manages service desk requests submitted by users.
  • Works in a 24/7 shift schedule environment, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:


Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operation and maintenance support, preferably in financial institutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with expertise in incident management, change request management, disaster recovery, and emergency response.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and flexible scheduling to accommodate midnight shifts.
