About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Kk Women's And Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our research team, you will provide critical support for clinical trials and studies, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements.
  • Independently oversee the administration of clinical trials assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).
  • Support sponsors and PIs in submitting materials to CIRB and/or HSA.
  • Manage complex commercial or industry-initiated trials, including subject recruitment.
  • Maintain accountability for study equipment and investigational products during monitoring and close-out.
  • Contribute to quality control and prepare for quality assurance initiatives.
  • Coordinate communications between PIs and sponsor companies, including instructions for finance teams to issue invoices.
  • Attend investigator meetings and start-up meetings for trials.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science and related fields.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as a second language/dialect.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong people-management skills and team-player abilities.
