E-Commerce Manager Job Description

This is a part-time role that will play a crucial part in growing our online business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-shops on various platforms, driving sales through campaigns and promotions, and bringing products closer to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Management
    • Manage Shopee, Lazada, and other eCommerce stores with high standards of quality and efficiency.
    • Create and optimize product listings with clear benefits, images, and keywords that enhance user experience.
    • Ensure attractive shop design and smooth navigation.
  • Revenue Growth & Campaigns
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and meet monthly revenue targets through innovative marketing approaches.
    • Participate actively in platform campaigns such as seasonal sales and special promotions.
    • Plan and execute promotions, bundles, and vouchers to boost conversions and drive sales.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and adjust pricing/strategy accordingly to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Product Sourcing & Development
    • Source and evaluate new product opportunities to expand online revenue streams and diversify the product portfolio.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure timely delivery and effective execution.
  • Marketing & Live Selling
    • Coordinate with influencers, live hosts, and content creators to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
    • Support digital marketing efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for ad optimization, content creation, and branding initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, and customer engagement across platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign results and ROI to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
    • Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
