We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. This includes:

  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Assisting customers in understanding product specifications, features, and applications
  • Engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges
  • Offering solutions and recommendations based on our products or services

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors
  • Ensuring that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues or challenges faced by customers
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to find solutions

In addition, you will:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides
  • Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of programming in C,C++ (added advantages)
  • Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
  • Knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products (added advantages)
  • Passion for exploratory testing and test automation (added advantages)
  • Able to work independently within tight schedules with positive disposition
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
