Job Description:
  We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, analyzing operational data, and making recommendations for improvement.

  Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze operational data from global data centers, including equipment performance, uptime, and energy consumption.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in data analysis or operations analysis, preferably in the crypto industry, data center operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
