**Job Title:** Canteen Supervisor

">Job Description:
Canteen Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service establishments. As key members of the hospitality team, you will oversee daily activities to deliver efficient services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, financial acumen, and leadership abilities to manage staff schedules, performance, and training. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for resolving customer complaints and maintaining exceptional service quality.

Responsibilities include planning, organising, and supervising day-to-day operations, monitoring inventory levels, controlling wastage, and managing point-of-sale transactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained kitchen and dining facilities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**">

  • Proven experience in food service management, catering, or hospitality;
  • Knowledge of food hygiene standards and health regulations;
  • A qualification in Hospitality Management or related field (preferable);
  • Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety (mandatory).
