Job Title: Senior Regional Executive, Facilities Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Executive to lead our facilities management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of facilities management in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Execute all financial-related tasks to support facility services, including administering the purchase system, registering new vendors, and creating Purchase Orders (PO) requests.
  • Occupational Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure overall safety compliance by conducting regular inspections, addressing findings promptly, and managing safety of equipment and workspace.
  • Sustainability Compliance: Contribute to environmental compliance by supplying energy consumption data, assisting with data submission, delivering quarterly reports on safety, waste, and water usage, and participating in sustainability initiatives.
  • Physical Security Operations Management: Oversee outsourced security provider operations, renew vendor contracts, manage daily security activities, respond to incidents promptly, and coordinate VIP guest registration.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage IFM service providers to meet service level expectations, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, physically verify occupancy data, and review maintenance and service practices for quality assurance.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Plan and manage budgets for FM-related contracts, oversee vendor contracts for technical services, and collaborate with IFM providers for smooth M&E, plumbing, and building operations.
  • Site Operations: Collaborate with IFM providers, provide emergency call support, manage M&E project scopes, implement innovation initiatives, optimize processes and tools, ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs, perform monthly space planning and occupancy reporting, administer badge access programming, and oversee ad-hoc facility projects.
  • Events Management: Set up spaces for event celebrations, order decorations, liaise with landscaping vendors, plan and coordinate celebrations, assist with event vendor coordination, and stakeholder requests when needed.
