The Trade Desk (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a leading technology company that seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as a Director, Revenue Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in driving commercial priorities, scaling processes through continuous improvement and innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong operational background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both regional and global teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a sales or client services strategy & operations function, preferably with programmatic or advertising experience.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate a diverse and complex region, anticipate evolving needs, and drive high-impact initiatives with autonomy. You will be responsible for supporting the regional implementation of global initiatives, developing localized best practices, and acting as a strategic thought partner to APAC BD/CS leadership.

In this dynamic environment, you will:

  • Serve as the strategic operations lead for the commercial team in APAC, influencing stakeholders through results-driven actions.
  • Operate in a player-coach capacity, balancing individual contributions with mentoring a small team and potentially leading and scaling it as the business grows.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all APAC operational aspects within the commercial team, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Collaborate deeply to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial and Sales Training, Sales Strategy, Product, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in a sales or client services strategy & operations function. 3+ years of proven experience in a player-coach role with direct team management and mentorship responsibilities. Strong technical and operational aptitude, with the ability to manage complex projects and processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
