Project Manager – MEP Delivery Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex MEP scopes in mission-critical environments.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of MEP works from design to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues, administering contracts and ensuring adherence to terms.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders, supporting feasibility studies, tenders, and design deliverables for new and expansion projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of MEP project management experience in mission-critical environments.
  • Proven success in delivering complex MEP scopes in data centers or fabs.
  • Experience with general contractors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and controls.
  • Proficiency in project management and BIM tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to relocate for project assignments.
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, RCDD) and tendering experience are a plus.
