About the Role
This HR Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for managing training administration, leave administration, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields and at least 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training programs, including setting up Catalogue and Courses on LMS.
- Track mandatory eLearning completion status and send reminder emails to delinquents.
- Coordinate with new and existing vendors for training programs.
- Support Learners Registration on external training sites.
- Prepare reports for audits and financial year-end sustainability purposes.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
- Entry level HR graduates will be considered
- Min. 1-2 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training Administration
- Proficiency with SAP or SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) is a good bonus
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
