Core Responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees.
- Work with line managers to Identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level.
- Identify and create OJT checklist with skills and competencies identified.
- Create Mypulse blending learning course to track skills and competencies attainment.
- Identify and source for courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges.
- Review and management of Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed.
- Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads.
- Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function).
- Develop people manager manager development program based on learning needs.
- Support the development of People Manager Elearning course.
- Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation.
- Creation of course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.
- Maintain and update course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.
What do we expect from you as a HR L&D Executive ?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role or Project Management role.
- Diploma in Business, or a related field / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees and vendors.
