Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees.
  • Work with line managers to Identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level.
  • Identify and create OJT checklist with skills and competencies identified.
  • Create Mypulse blending learning course to track skills and competencies attainment.
  • Identify and source for courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges.
  • Review and management of Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed.
  • Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads.
  • Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function).
  • Develop people manager manager development program based on learning needs.
  • Support the development of People Manager Elearning course.
  • Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation.
  • Creation of course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.
  • Maintain and update course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.

What do we expect from you as a HR L&D Executive ?

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role or Project Management role.
  • Diploma in Business, or a related field / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees and vendors.
