Revenue Management Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable team and revenue tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare month-end journals to ensure timely closing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue recording for all departments.
- Interact with other teams to interface module text files with the financial system.
- Perform income audit on food and beverage outlets, updating revenue details in worksheets.
- Prepare statements of account for golf professionals, coaches, and contractors.
- Verify miscellaneous corporate billing invoices.
- Conduct daily checks on revenues and receipts.
- Handle debt collections and member inquiries.
- Process cheques and update receivables.
- Amortize term membership fees.
- Issue timely and accurate invoices and credit memos.
- Enter sales invoices manually.
- Reconcile monthly debtors' ageing and collect outstanding debts.
- Assist in issuing monthly statements of account.
- Generate reports related to account receivable.
- Verify correctness of billing during member status changes.
- Bill members for minimum spending levies.
- Collect DBS GIRO payments and manage new/terminated GIRO members.
- Support year-end audits.
- Proficient in MS Office and finance-related applications.
- Detailed and meticulous individual.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
