Job Opportunity: Educational Programmes Facilitator

Job Overview

As an Educational Programmes Facilitator, you will be responsible for conducting enrichment and holiday programmes/workshops for preschool children. You will adopt various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiosity and enhance knowledge and learning to meet each programme's objective.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver enrichment and holiday programmes/workshops according to schedules and frequencies for preschool children.
  • Monitor and assess child development, adjust teaching strategies to achieve learning goals.
  • Provide support for administrative matters, adherence to company guidelines and practices.
  • Maintain records of attendance, progress and work with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of programmes and services.
  • Provide mentorship/guidance to staff and freelance trainers.
  • Ensure a safe and conducive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold GCE O level/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field of studies.
  • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.
  • Be independent with initiatives while working off-site and able to engage children and resolve daily classroom issues on site.
