Fleet Operations Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of vehicle leasing, rental services, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis for vehicle breakdowns and accidents, advising clients on procedures and completing electronic accident reports.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure fleet vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and safe for use.
  • Liaise with workshops to manage repair schedules, oversee quotations, and handle purchase order requests for mechanical and accident-related repairs.
  • Work closely with dealers and sales teams to ensure smooth handover of new vehicles, including knowledge of their features, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the automotive or vehicle leasing sector, with an emphasis on luxury vehicles.
  • Strong driving skills to assist with operational needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
