Trustworthy AI Researcher Opportunity

The Centre for Trusted Internet and Community at the National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow position under the Digital Trust Centre project. The successful candidate will work closely with the research team on developing trustworthiness in AI agents engaged in interactive digital tasks.

The ideal candidate will have relevant background in multimodal foundation models, AI agents, and spatial intelligence. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, contributing to problem formulation, developing and implementing AI models, and working with professors and mentor graduate students and interns.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
  • Strong background in machine learning, large language models, and reasoning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, along with related machine learning libraries.
  • Research experience in relevant AI areas, including foundation models, reasoning, generative models, and embodied AI.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
