Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO at MUSIM MAS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Coordination: Plan, organize, and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Ensure timely completion of tasks and flexibility in coordinating itineraries.
  • Email and Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining accuracy and consistency with their preference and directive.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate heavy meeting schedules, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Meeting Preparation and Coordination: Organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Responsive Communication and Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, manage calls, emails, and messages professionally. Handle, respond, or redirect inquiries promptly, ensuring seamless communication flow.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and execution of corporate and personal events for the CEO.
  • Personal Support: Provide assistance with personal tasks and errands, demonstrating discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.


Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 6 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Frequent Business Trips: Ability to undertake frequent business trips to Indonesia.
  • Responsiveness and Efficiency: Strong ability to manage tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly, with a positive disposition.
  • Organization Skills: Multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strong organization skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
