Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist - EWP L2 Client Services, you will be an integral part of our IT Service Management team, providing Level-2 technical assistance to clients across the bank and their applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the second line of defense for Service Desk support, analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of technical customer-focused experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with business users within a financial institution.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
