Lead Baker Opportunity

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for baking? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Baker to oversee the management of our bakery staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and develop a team of bakery staff (servers, cashiers, and baristas) to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a friendly, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for guests, guaranteeing excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring stock is well-organized and fresh.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring efficient preparation, display, and sale of baked goods, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house.
  • Cash and Financial Management: Handle cash flow, including registering sales and managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate daily sales tracking and financial record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a bakery environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
