We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Trade Finance Specialist to join our team at UBS AG. As a Transactional and Collateral Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Relationship Managers in their sales activities and promoting Transactional and Collateral Management within the Trade & Export Finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Activities: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to assess new proposals, follow up on financing of commodity transactions, and ensure that trade booking practices adhere to predefined models.
  • Assess and Manage Risks: Monitor risks and documents to coordinate the execution of operations according to credit approvals and UBS standards.
  • Manage Transaction Flow: Perform front-to-back reconciliations and manage lifecycle management related processes to improve transaction flow.
  • Maintain Static Data: Ensure that static data is up-to-date and accurate to maintain the front-to-back infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent: A strong educational background in a relevant field.
  • Commodity Trade Finance Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Commodity Trade Finance field.
  • Strong Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commodity trade finance products and services.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Proven risk assessment and management skills, with a strong focus on integrity and risk-taking.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
