Lead Creative Visionary

Our organization is looking for a skilled and innovative Lead Creative Visionary to spearhead the development of captivating visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality visual communications, including digital assets and print materials that align with our brand's identity and message.
  • Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely project results, including working with marketing teams to conceptualize and provide creative content for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, liaising with vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing materials and packaging production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in graphic design or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B and/or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of photography styling and videography is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to converse in Mandarin if required.
