We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to join our team.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our hotel operations. You will coordinate and supervise all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operational departments, acting as a key support to the Operations Manager.

This role combines hands-on involvement, supervisory leadership, and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage (F&B), Front Office, and Security to ensure top-tier service.
  2. Coordinating closely with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain timely communication, outlet readiness, inventory control, and presentation standards.
  3. Planning and executing events and group functions with flawless service.
  4. Leading service teams and promptly addressing guest needs or complaints.
  5. Supervising security teams to ensure adherence to emergency protocols, patrol duties, and safety measures.

During the 1st year, you will gain exposure to:

  • Managing check-in/check-out procedures, Service Centre operation, VIP arrivals, lobby upkeep, and guest requests for a seamless experience.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
  • Identifying service gaps and recommending workflow improvements that will elevate guest satisfaction and streamline operations.
  • Preparing reports with recommendations for operational improvements.

During the 2nd year, you will gain exposure to:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of Engineering & Sustainability, Housekeeping, and Stewarding to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, making sure everything meets the highest standards.
  • Assisting with deep cleaning schedules and special housekeeping projects.
  • Performing inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and operational at all times.

After the 2-year Future Leaders Programme, you'll have the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager through ongoing leadership development and operational impact.
