Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to manage online orders, inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with order processing, inventory management, and reporting systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment from entry to delivery, monitoring and updating order status in e-commerce platforms, and collaborating with warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Order Management
Manage and process online orders from multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless order execution from start to finish. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Regularly review and update order status to ensure transparency and efficiency across the supply chain
  • Inventory Control
Utilize data analytics and inventory management tools to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes that drive business results

Additional responsibilities include:

Key Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
