Design Strategy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Design Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will play a crucial role in shaping our user experience strategy and driving best practices.

The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. They will be highly skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC, and possess strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, and have excellent communication and storytelling skills. They will also have a strong understanding of UX principles and methodology, with a commitment to design craft and quality.

In this role, you will define, communicate, and drive the UX strategy and vision for your respective products/projects, influencing and educating key decision makers on the principles of design and usability. You will also partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to delivery, and work with fellow functional leads to plan the product roadmap.

As a senior leader, you will manage and maintain oversight over the design work to ensure alignment to agency and product objectives, and adherence to the overall design and usability standards and guidelines. You will also propose, establish, and track metrics to measure product performance, and lead and mentor designers to ensure exceptional quality in their work.
