Product Manager Job Overview

The role of Product Manager involves proactive participation in both product planning and marketing for designated product lines across the Southeast Asia region.

This includes developing and implementing product launches and marketing campaigns based on market information, product analysis, and competition insights.

The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for training internal and external customers on the safe and effective use of Arthrex products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies for assigned portfolios across the SEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and alignment with product strategy.
  • Analyze target markets to identify opportunities for growth and provide detailed reporting on market analysis.
  • Oversee monthly reporting to stakeholders on product sales and pipeline performance in the SEA region.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including social media and digital materials, in collaboration with the Marketing Support Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science etc.).
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience as a Product or Marketing Manager within orthopaedic medical devices or preferred minimum 6 years relevant Sales experience preferably in Sports Medicine, Endoscopy, Arthroscopy/Arthroplasty, Orthopaedics or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • A team player with strong engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills.
