Job Role: Therapy Assistant
As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in supervising healthcare attendants and supporting therapists in various clinical, administrative, and technical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists in setting up and supervising patients during therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Ensure treatment areas, gyms, and clinics are prepared for patient use.
- Set up modalities and therapeutic equipment, and supervise patients on them.
- Coordinate patient portering to and from departments for therapy.
- Oversee Healthcare Attendant duties and portering assignments in the Rehab area.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification.
- Service-oriented and patient-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
