Job Title: Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering quality food and maintaining kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation, including cooking and plating dishes
  • Verify that prepared food meets requirements
  • Ensure quality control and presentation of the food
  • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment
  • Handle equipment, appliances, supplies, and tools with care and precision
  • Prepare and cook customer's food order accurately and efficiently
  • Preparation of hot and cold dishes according to required specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Assist in dishwashing duties and other tasks as assigned by Chef

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Physically and mentally fit to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Will to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
