Marketing Associate

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about beauty and marketing, and has excellent communication skills.

  • This position will involve developing and managing engaging content for social media platforms, filming, editing and producing promotional videos and photo content, responding to customer inquiries, preparing and editing marketing materials, generating and analyzing marketing performance reports, driving publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms, and monitoring customer reviews and assisting in reputation management.
  • The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and stay up-to-date with marketing trends to inform future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Film, edit, and produce promotional videos and photo content.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials such as correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Generate and analyze marketing performance reports.
  • Drive publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms.
  • Monitor customer reviews and assist in reputation management.
  • Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of the company's website.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with video and photo editing software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. WordPress, Wix).
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and organized.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
